Retromolar buccal trigon affected in one third of patients with buccal mucosal cancers. Squamous cell carcinoma is the commonest pathological finding. Archives of Pulmonology and Respiratory Care Review Article Abstract  Abstract A multidisciplinary team approach to diagnosis and management of interstitial lung diseases (ILD) is considered gold standard and an integral part of ILD management and guidelines. The accurate diagnosis and management of individuals with ILDs poses an interesting challenge in clinical practice. This is a single center retrospective review of electronic patient letters and multidisciplinary team (MDT) records spanning a five and half year time period. In this study we assessed the accuracy of prior ILD diagnosis, the methodology used to establish a correct diagnosis and how an MDT approach to diagnosis affected subsequent management. Our results demonstrate that a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis within a single specialist ILD center can establish a diagnosis in the majority of cases when prior diagnosis is uncertain (76%). Journal of Novel Physiotherapy and Physical Rehabilitation Research Article Abstract  Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish normative values for active lumbar movement in children five, seven, nine, and 11 years of age and to find the confounding factors that affect the lumbar range. Methods: End range active flexion, extension, and right- and left-side bending of the lumbar spine were measured for 400 normally developing children (200 girls, 200 boys) using dual inclinometric technique. The project is supposed to be carried on in Bohal port from Hormozgan to Qeshm Island in Iran. International Journal of Vascular Surgery and Medicine Clinical Image Clinical Image A 65 year old male presented to the causality department of our hospital with one day history of burning chest pain in the right upper half of the chest radiating to the right axilla & the le precordial region associated with diaphoresis. No history of fever, cough or rash was evident. Vitals were normal. An X ray chest done was normal and ECG showed RBBB (Figure 1). Global Journal of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Research Review Article Abstract Objective: This article presents a literature review which relates the processes, interactions, classification and the vascular and clinical characteristics of inflammation relating it with the oral cavity and describing the main cell types and chemical mediators used for its establishment. Materials and Methods: it was used as source of research the following databases: MEDLINE, LILACS, BBO, Cochrane Library, Scielo, PubMed and the database of CAPES.
