Acute Renal Failure in Sarcoidosis: A Review of the Literature

We report two cases of acute kidney failure (ARF) as the initial manifestation of sarcoidosis. Two patients were sent from their primary care physicians with hypercalcemia and progressive increase of serum creatinine.
