Introduction: Tubal dysfunction is diagnosed as an underlying cause of infertility in more than one third of cases. Laparoscopy dye is the gold standard procedure to detect tubal patency, but hysterosalpingography (HSG) and hystero-contrast-sonography (HyCoSy) is also used.
