Prevalence of the disease is %1-10 in the literature (1). Cold knife, Laser surgery, electro cautery methods are used in the surgical treatment of the disease. Coblation radiofrequency technology provides low temperature work with minimal damage to neighborhood tissues. Imaging Journal of Clinical and Medical Sciences Case Report Klebsiella pneumoniae (Kp) respiratory tract infection is usually nosocomial. Its community-acquired form is rare and observed on specific plots. We report the case of a child, carrying two genetic defects, hospitalized for community-acquired pneumonia following severe sepsis to Kp. The evolution is favorable after ten days of hospitalization through active antibiotics on Kp.
