Global Journal of Biotechnology and Biomaterial Science Research Article Objective: The systematic objective of this paper is to restore flexion in vertebral bone and to nourish the nucleus pulposus through the approach of biomaterial and regenerative medicine. Method: Studies were made on the treatment of lumbar herniated disc in CINAHIL, PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews(CDSR). This paper provides methods for restoration of flexion in the bone. A biomaterial scaffold made of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) consisting of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins which is synthesized in vitro through regenerative medicine is replaced in the place of degenerated disc. The scaffold model is designed in CAD and then printed in LAB. Archives of Depression and Anxiety Research Article Background : Although strong association between drinking and depression as well as alcoholrelated disorders (ARD) has been reported, the relationship between potential ability to drink (genetic alcohol sensitivity) and depression or ARD is unclear. Genetic alcohol sensitivity is regulated by two alcohol metabolic enzyme genes, ADH1B and ALDH2 polymorphisms. Journal of Gynecological Research and Obstetrics Research Article Objective: This study was done to evaluate the maternal morbidities and perinatal outcomes of delivery in women with preterm pre-labor rupture of the membranes who delivered before and after 34 week along a period of five years in Al-Arish General Hospital. Methods : This retrospective study involved pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy who suffered from preterm pre-labor rupture of the membranes. Global Journal of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Research Mini Review Objective: Leishmaniasis is endemic in 88 countries with incidence rate of 1.5-2 million; the most common form of leishmaniasis is cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) with 1.5 million new cases per year. Correct diagnosis and characterization of the particular parasite is important for evaluating prognosis and prescribing appropriate treatment. The current management of leishmaniasis is drug treatment of patients, to alleviate disease and vector control to reduce its transmission. Also, current treatments for visceral leishmaniasis are unsatisfactory because of their toxicity, resistance and high cost. Therefore, this study aimed to measure the prevalence of dental erosion and examine gender differences in relation to its prevalence in a group of schoolchildren in Benghazi, Libya. Methods: A cross-sectional observational study was conducted in Benghazi. Indoor air pollution can cause more harmful health impacts than that of outdoor air pollution. Objectives: The study was conducted to investigate some selected indoor air pollutants and respiratory problems among the households of Dhaka city. Materials and methods: This was a cross sectional study conducted among the households in Dhaka city. A total of 97 households from the selected areas of Dhaka city were included to measure some selected indoor pollutants and 288 individuals from these households were investigated for any respiratory problems. International Journal of Dermatology and Clinical Research Case Report Cutaneous angiosarcoma is an uncommon malignant vascular tumor with a highly variable presentation. It most commonly occurs on the head and neck of elderly Caucasian men, while less commonly on the skin of persons with pre-existing conditions or cutaneous lesions. To date, only three reports of angiosarcoma arising on the head and neck of individuals with systemic sclerosis exist in the literature. Journal of Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiology Research Article Research article regarding hurdles for starting ministernotomy Aortic valve replacement program in Grant Medical College, Mumbai and techniques to overcome them. Here we studied twenty patients of aortic valve replacement surgery out of which ten are operated by ministernotomy and ten by full sternotomy in our institution, from May 2013 to May 2016. Middle age patients are selected out of which seven had regurgitant and three had stenotic lesion of aortic valve. Our observations are sternotomy time was more in initial cases but it decreased with experience. We faced difficulties in deairing heart and giving shock with routine internal shock paddles. It required special sterile external shock paddles. We required conversion to full sternotomy in two patients because heart continued to fibrillate even giving shock with paediatric internal shock paddles. Journal of Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiology Case Report Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a disorder characterized by the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies which are known to promote thrombus formation and heart valve complications. In this case, a 20 year old African American male presenting with chest pain was found to have APS as well as Budd-Chiari Syndrome. He was then evaluated through the use of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and cardiac catheterization, which revealed an aortic valve thrombus as well as myocardial infarction from coronary artery emboli. This is the first time this condition has been documented in the literature and serves as an example of successful detection and treatment. The patient underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and the thrombus was surgically removed.
