Polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma (PLGA) of the paranasal sinus is an extremely rare disease. PLGA is a minor salivary gland neoplasm that occurs mostly in the junction of the soft and hard palate, followed by the buccal mucosa and upper lip.
