Eye Involvement as the Initial Sign of Multiple Sclerosis in a Case with Familial Mediterranean Fever+

 

Right (a) and left (b) eyes were papilledema, intra retinal hemorrhages, dilatation of the veins. In fundus fluorescein angiography; right (c) and left (d) eyes were optical disc leakage.
